Sublime Therapeutics is located in North Scottsdale AZ.  We specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy. and Sports Massage. We use specific massage techniques to release muscle tension, scar tissue and adhesions. With extensive knowledge of biomechanics and kinesiology all of our sessions are focused on improving movement patterns and improving performance.

Our goal is to identify what tissues are involved and why they are involved.  From this a number of techniques may be used to achieve optimal treatment results including:

• Deep Tissue Therapy to mobilize myofascia and connective tissue layers
• Trigger Point Therapy to relive referred pain and muscle spasms
• Muscle stripping to remove scar tissue and break the adhesions
• Corrective Exercises to activate and strengthen weak muscles
• Corrective Stretches to inhibit and lengthen overactive muscles
• Re-education of faulty movement patterns and postures to reduce stress on the body
• A Rehab program that restores balance to the neural, muscular, and fascial systems
• Client education to continue progress and maintain improvements
• Nutritional recommendations to improve overall health and wellness

Successful Treatment

Successful treatment involves understanding what tissues are involved and why, a decrease in pain or symptoms, improved range of motion, increased strength, restored circulation, less scar tissue and adhesions, and improved function.
